The Winter School 2026 of the PhD in Crop Science has been held at the Convent of Monteortone (Abano Terme, Padova, Italy).
The Winter School coordinated by Massimo Faccoli took place from 17 to 20 February 2026 at Casa San Marco of the Convent of Monteortone, near Padova, and was designed for PhD students to strengthen their research planning and scientific communication skills. The program combined lectures, collaborative work, presentations, and field activities to help participants improve how they design experiments and present their research.
Overall, the Winter School aimed to foster collaboration among PhD students, improve their ability to design solid experiments, and enhance their capacity to communicate scientific research effectively.
