2016 – present: PhD student in Crop Science at DAFNAE, University of Padua. Research theme: “The species-habitat network: a novel approach to the study of habitat use”.

2017: Freelance contract: Study of soil biodiversity through bioindicators (DipSA, University of Bologna).

2016: Freelance contract: Identification of bioindicator beetles, with emphasis on rove beetles (DipSA, University of Bologna).

2015 – 2017: Volunteer collaborator to research activities at the Department of Entomology, DipSA (University of Bologna).

2015: DEST Training Program in Entomology (special. Diptera Syrphidae), emphasis on collection management and bioindicator use (Ferrara).

2012 – 2014: Master’s degree in Biodiversity and Evolution (Curriculum: Animal Biodiversity), University of Bologna. Thesis title: “Coleotteri del terreno negli agroecosistemi maidicoli in Emilia-Romagna: potenzialità come bioindicatori”. Final mark: 110/110 cum laude.

2009 – 2012: Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences (Curriculum: Ecology), University of Bologna. Thesis title: “Coleotteri coccinellidi in agroecosistemi maidicoli all’interno di aree protette: ruolo delle infrastrutture ecologiche e possibili impatti di piante GM”. Final mark: 110/110 cum laude.
